Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, personal care items, and final sale products.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
